What We Do
Aragon Peralta is a web development and design firm specializing in the creation of beautiful and functional business websites.
General Web Site Design
Between Desi Aragon and Miguel Peralta, we have about 20 years of pure web experience, meaning, we grew up with a mouse in our hand and the original version of Netscape. This has given us the experience and tools to come up with better designs everyday. We don't use templates in our design - everything we do is custom made to fit our clients needs and tastes. We make beautiful sites that people are happy with. Who knew that would ever work?
Identity Design
Your identity on the web is quickly becoming your life - so what we do is this: listen to the client, make suggestions for how their product or business fits into the marketplace, and then get them a quote on how much it will cost and generally, what it will look like. This simple approach has enabled us to deliver a bunch of cool designs to a bunch of cool companies. They love us, we love them... it all works out.
Web Hosting
A web site is made up of two major components:
1. The Domain Name
This is your actual website address, something like: www.clambakesunday.com. This is usally registered at a registrar - often GoDaddy.com or Register.com or Dotster.com - and there are some settings inside of your GoDaddy account that point this domain name to a web server that houses all of your files. Which brings us to:
2. Hosting Account
This is an account that enables you to store files on a computer that is hooked up to nice fast connection somewhere in the world. A web server is just a fast computer with a fast connection that houses a bunch of websites. Yahoo.com is on a webserver, as is BettysCarReview.com.
We will consult on your domain name, register it for you, even suggest what you call yourself. But we do not act as a registrar. We do, however, own two servers that will house your site files. We provide support for all of our hosting clients and will guide you through any questions that you may have. We like people, don't worry. |
